Tasks

Support local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets
Be responsible for the set-up of the production support system in Hungary, ensure that all operational indicators of the KPI goals are achieved
Be responsible for several responsibilities in the Production area, including employee training system, headcount and operation budgeting and cost control, manpower planning, KPI management, employee caring system, smart factory establishment
Support customer audits
Assist in various duties the project management team and the Operations Director

Higher education degree
Fluent Chinese, English, and Hungarian language skill
At least 5 years' experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, cooperativeness and leadership skills
Taking on site work in Debrecen
An advantage: experience in greenfield investments
