• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, testing, and process) to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions for customers.
• Contribute to the development of the short-term product roadmap and influence product design.
• Lead the design and integration plans for complex software systems with the development team(s).
• Oversee the development and analysis of requirements, ensuring accurate flow down.
• Break down customer requests into actionable user stories and tasks through detailed planning and problem decomposition.
• Manage technical risks and provide leadership to scrum team(s).
• Understand the diverse needs of different user profiles (clinical, IT admin, service engineer) by engaging key stakeholders from each group.
• Serve as a liaison between users, stakeholders, and software engineering teams to ensure features are defined and delivered in line with user expectations.

• Own and manage the product backlog, continuously prioritizing it based on customer feedback to prepare for product increment planning.

• Spend significant time (50%) engaging with the development team, facilitating discussions, clarifying requirements, refining user stories, and contributing to design decisions.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and unforeseen events, supporting the execution team in overcoming roadblocks and interdependencies.
• Contribute to shaping the long-term vision and direction of the product.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM fields, medical or allied health sciences
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development
• Knowledge of software design and coding principles
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• System level thinking, system decomposition experience
• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
• Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy
• Ability to analyze impact of technology choices
• Excellent communication, mentoring skills (written and oral)
• Strong leadership skills for delegating tasks or directing the work of others
