We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a hunting focus for our partner in the global building services and civil engineering sector. Experience in indoor climate solutions is an advantage.

Tasks

Representing the company's innovative surface heating, cooling and ventilation technology products (ICS) on the market, both commercially and technically
Developing comprehensive solutions with the involvement of colleagues providing technical support
Search, monitor and manage new clients, business opportunities and projects in Hungary
Maintaining contact with key clients (investors, designers, contractors, wholesalers)
Ensuring the achievement of targeted sales turnover
Ensuring minimum expected profitability for every sales project
Maximum representation of company's interests, taking into account the code of ethics
Preparing monthly forecasts and reports

Expectations

Relevant educational background and have technical affinity.
Confident user of IT systems such as Office 365 & Microsoft Dynamics
An experienced value-added seller and can work with different sales paths (project, wholesale, end-user)
Driver’s license and good driving record.
Ability to work in a structured sales environment and work in a structured manner when building business opportunities, reviewing processes, etc.
Fluent in Hungarian and negotiation skills in English
