Our Partner is a Global Outsourcing organization looking for Junior IT specialists to accompany them on a great journey towards success!
Tasks
- Participate in a structured training program designed to align your skills with industry best practices and our internal standards for Java Engineers.
- Collaboratively assess your current knowledge to identify any gaps relative to the company’s standards, with a customized training curriculum created to address these specific areas.
- Work with your development manager to build an Individual Development Plan (IDP) focused on the technologies and skills essential for your role and the company's goals, serving as a learning roadmap throughout your probation period.
- Access resources like online courses, technical documentation, and mentorship from senior developers to gain expertise in technologies outlined in your IDP.
- Apply your learning through development tasks, gaining practical experience that bridges theory and practice and prepares you for full project participation.
- Engage actively with questions and insights to foster a collaborative and open learning environment that supports your professional growth.
Expectations
- Strong desire for continuous learning and skill improvement.
- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, especially in Java.
- Solid grasp of Java Core functionalities.
- Experience with writing Unit tests to maintain code quality.
- Skills in working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with the Spring framework.
- Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS and RESTful APIs.
- Experience using Git or similar version control systems.
- Proficiency with project-building tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Confident technical English for understanding documentation and clear communication.
