Join a Global Team as an FTTH Project Manager – Drive Innovation and Excellence.
Tasks
- Assist in FTTH project bidding by providing expert engineering solutions, project plans, and accurate cost estimates.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, ensuring clear definitions of scope, responsibilities, pricing, acceptance criteria, invoicing, payments, penalties, and change conditions.
- Oversee contracts with outsourcing partners, ensuring critical risks are appropriately managed.
- Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
- Establish and lead the FTTH project delivery team, creating a clear organizational structure and workflow.
- Drive project profitability and identify new business opportunities.
Expectations
- Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Project Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of project management experience (FTTH project)
- Familiar with OSP and fixed line (FTTX, GPON, MSAN)
- Proficient in English and Hungarian
- Exceptional skills in customer relationship management
