Tasks

Work closely with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to create solutions that align with and build upon shared platforms and systems.
Utilize SDLC principles and methodologies like Lean, Agile, XP, Continuous Integration, Product and Software Security, Scalability, Documentation best practices, refactoring, and testing techniques.
Write code that adheres to standards and meets project requirements, using the appropriate technology for the task.
Develop features such as web services and queries on existing database tables.
Evaluate performance metrics and analyze application performance.
Work with core data structures and algorithms, implementing them in the chosen programming language.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) or equivalent knowledge.
Over 3 years of experience in software engineering or a recent graduate with a degree in software engineering.
Familiarity with a frontend development framework (such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, BackboneJS, EmberJS, KnockoutJS, with a preference for AngularJS).
Previous experience working in an Agile environment, or basic training in Lean/Agile principles, with knowledge of continuous integration (CI) practices.
Strong attention to detail, focusing on code quality, testability, maintainability, and documentation.
Proficient in English.
