Tasks

Responsibility for production organization and site management in the assigned area (like mixing, welding, coating, winding, pressing, etc.) of the battery cell plant
Ensuring that all operational indicators of quality, safety, delivery and costs are achieving target goals
Organizing and controlling the manufacturing processes from ramp-up to serial production in the assigned area
Checking and verifying the translation of production related process documents before creating SOPs
Responsibility for implementing the training plan for area employees (40-100 people)
Analysis of the cost consumption, and formulate cost control measures
Participating in customer audit to improve customer satisfaction
Represent safety systems, carry out regular safety inspections, and prevent the occurrence of safety incidents

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably majoring in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical engineering)
Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing
At least 2 years experience in people leader role
Good English language skills and native Hungarian
Strong project management and problem-solving skills, collaboration and leadership skills,
Good communication skills, fast learning ability, solution-oriented, capable to work in stressful situations, acknowledge the company's value, team-work spirited
