Tasks

  • Assist in FTTH project bidding by providing expert engineering solutions, project plans, and accurate cost estimates.
  • Support contract negotiations with clients, ensuring clear definitions of scope, responsibilities, pricing, acceptance criteria, invoicing, payments, penalties, and change conditions.
  • Oversee contracts with outsourcing partners, ensuring critical risks are appropriately managed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Establish and lead the FTTH project delivery team, creating a clear organizational structure and workflow.
  • Drive project profitability and identify new business opportunities.

Expectations

  • Degree in Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Project Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of project management experience (FTTH project)
  • Familiar with OSP and fixed line (FTTX, GPON, MSAN)
  • Proficient in English and Hungarian
  • Exceptional skills in customer relationship management
