Tasks
- Generate Invoices: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist with Billing Inquiries: Provide support and resolve billing-related questions and concerns from clients and internal teams.
- Ensure Accuracy of Billing Data: Verify and maintain the integrity of billing information to ensure precise financial records.
- Send Invoice Copies: Distribute invoice copies to clients and relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Assist Team Members with Ad-Hoc Requests: Support the finance team with various tasks, including audits and other special projects.
Expectations
- Active / Passiv (under 25) Full-time student status for 1 year minimum
- University studies in Economics
- Must have completed at least 2 year of university studies
- Confident communication in English
- Commit min. 25 hours/week
